If a specific payment option doesn’t appear, it may be unavailable for your region, device, or cart contents.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if you’re paying from a non-USD account.

Sales Tax & Duties

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations within the United States and Canada. For Canadian deliveries, duties and/or GST/HST may be assessed by the carrier or customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Availability & Order Updates

We do our best to keep inventory accurate. In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you via email with options (replacement, split shipment, or refund for the unavailable piece).

Authorizations & Charges

Some payment methods place a temporary authorization to confirm funds. Your card is charged only when the order is confirmed. If an authorization doesn’t clear automatically, please check with your bank.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we’re unable to modify it, but we’ll always try to help where we can.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we may perform additional verification or decline orders that cannot be validated by the payment provider. If your order is flagged in error, reach us and we’ll review it promptly.
