At Luminary Curio, each piece is carefully packed and shipped with the same attention it was chosen with. We want every order to arrive safely and beautifully — a quiet experience from our hands to yours.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping will gradually open to more regions — if you live elsewhere and would like to purchase a piece, please reach out through our contact form and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Packaging
Each item is wrapped with care and intention, using minimal and recyclable materials whenever possible. Every package is designed to reflect the quiet beauty of Luminary Curio.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@luminarycurio.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Order Modifications
If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify it, but we’ll always try to assist where we can.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. We’re not responsible for delays, but we’ll help you track and resolve any issues if your package is lost or delayed.
